Scheduling a visit

We would be happy to book appointments for new patients through email. This will enable us to get an overall idea of your condition and know if PT is right for you. Please contact us directly through our contact form or email physioparis@gmail.com. Doctolib is also available for existing patients and their follow-up appointments. Please read below for more information about pricing.

Appointment Details

All PT sessions are one-on-one with your scheduled therapist. All our therapists are “conventionnée”, so your sessions may be partially covered by the French Sécurité Sociale or your private insurance. Most of our patients get reimbursed as we have the French ADELI number, which you need for reimbursement. However, we do not contract directly with insurance and patients are responsible for payment at the time of service via check or cash (please note that we do not accept cards as of the moment). We can provide a “feuille de soins” or receipt for your insurance.

For students and those who are unemployed, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can discuss your financial options.

Initial Evaluation – In Person

Your first visit is about 45-55 minutes long. This includes a full and in-depth PT evaluation, explanation of findings, hands on treatment if needed, and a home exercise program.

Investment: 70 to 80 euros.

Follow-up Sessions – In Person

Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes long. If you require more time, or if you prefer to come in for an hour, you can talk to your PT to arrange a longer visit. These sessions are usually a combination of hands-on manual therapy, advice, exercise instructions, and home program follow-up. Investment: 40 euros (30 minutes) / 80 euros (1 hour).

Follow-up Sessions – TeleHealth

Due to COVID-19, we are adapting our services and are now offering Telehealth services. Please contact us if you would like to schedule an online consultation. Please note that this is only available for patients who have already undergone a full evaluation (in-person) with us. Investment: 35 euros (15-30 minutes).

Late Policy

If you are less than 10 minutes late and have called to warn us that you’ll be late, you may complete the remaining time scheduled for your session, knowing that you will not receive a full session.

If you are more than 10 minutes late and you have not contacted us about it, we hold the right to consider your appointment a “No-Show” (charges for no-show below).

No-Show Policy

If you have scheduled an appointment and you do not come to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of your session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, you are more than welcome to do so, as long as you provide more than 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Failing to do so will result in a penalty fee of 20 euros (out-of-pocket payment).
