Here are some of the conditions that we cater to:

Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health

Pelvic floor physical therapy has a place throughout a woman’s life – it’s not only for women who have recently given birth. One of the specialties of our practice is in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Whether it’s incontinence, return to sports, or pelvic pain, physical therapy can help with these conditions.

If you would like to book for a pelvic floor consultation, please book with Lesley Anne Noël.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

A physical therapist is a specialist when it comes to rehabilitating the musculoskeletal system. Whether it’s fractures, muscle strains, ligament sprains, or neck and back pain, we can help you get back on track. All our therapists are trained in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Manual Therapy

A lot of conditions require manual therapy or skilled manual techniques – they are usually passive movements of joints or soft tissues. They are intended to improve tissue extensibility, increase range of motion, and induce relaxation, among other benefits. Our practice uses a lot of manual therapy and is usually complemented by exercises.

Physical therapists are movement experts who optimize quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education. They teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they will achieve long-term health benefits. PTs examine each individual and develop a plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. In addition, PTs work with individuals to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles.
