Frequently Asked Questions

Licensed PTs in France

If you can’t find your question below, send us a message and we will get back to you shortly.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions from our patients.

How much does each session cost?

Our rates are listed on the Services/Offerings page.

Please note that we only accept check or cash for payment of all services.

What’s the first session like?

During your first session, we do an initial evaluation – this is a physical therapy assessment where we will ask you some questions about your condition to determine our goals for treatment. We will also perform some tests and measures to further evaluate your condition. It is important for us to know what the problem is and what needs to be done in order to achieve your PT goals.

Depending on the results of the evaluation, an initial treatment may be added, or exercise instructions for a home exercise program.

What documents do I need to present?

If you are under the French social security system, please bring your Carte Vitale and your medical prescription.

A medical prescription may be required depending on your condition. If you do not have a family doctor yet, we can recommend a few doctors in Paris.

If you have any medical documents, laboratory results, or any other kind of document about your condition, you can show it to us during your appointment date.

I have an international insurance. Can my PT sessions be reimbursed?

We currently do not work directly with private insurance companies. Please make the necessary inquiries and arrangements for this purpose. If needed, we can provide you with the “feuille de soins” but we do not do any paperwork for your private insurance.

Do you do home visits?

We do not offer home visits as of the moment.
